How do I return my order?

We currently offer exchanges only, no refunds.

To request an exchange, email studio@palmsout.co.za with your order number and a clear image of the item within 7 days of receiving it.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Once approved, you can exchange for another item of the same value. A R100 return shipping fee applies.

Yes. We offer a flat rate of R99 nationwide.

Shipping is free on all orders over R999.

Can I still change my order?

You can request changes before your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or rerouted.

Can I return my order?

We do not offer refunds.

We only offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Returns are for faulty or damaged products only.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. How do I change my account password?
