Shipping policy

How shipping works


We offer nationwide tracked delivery across South Africa. Your order is delivered straight to your door.

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.  
We’ll then begin preparing your order.

2. Processing & Shipping

We process all orders within 1–3 working days.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using our delivery partners. You’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking updates to show.

Please note:
- Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or reroute it.

3. Delivery

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- 2–4 working days for main areas  
- 3–5 working days for outlying areas  

You can track your order at any time using the link sent to your email.

- Flat rate shipping: R99 nationwide  
- Free shipping on all orders over R999
